Happy Reading!
Since the beginning of this year, the Food Museum's blog has been quite a bit more active than it had been, previously. That's good to see, as the posts are an eclectic grouping, to say the least. Click the headline above to read the blog.
One of the most recent posts point out the Super Chefs blog of Juliette Rossant. Juliete's blog focuses on the best known, iconographic chefs of the day, but throws in, for example, a review of Alton Brown's newest Shun knives, or of, literally, flowering teas.
An interesting interactive element to her blog derives from the fact that the White House is looking for a new executive chef and Juliette wants America to help decide who it should be. Vote for your candidate by the end of this month and Juliette will present America's Choice to the President and Mrs. Bush.
A reader of the Food Museum's Blog sent in a link that both you and your kids might be interested in. Miss Vickie's page contains a list of all the different kinds of pastas, with pictures, names, descriptions, and what kind of recipe or sauce each is best for.
